The Australian Rotary Health Bequest Program

If you would welcome the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the health and well being of future Australians (very possibly including your own family and loved ones), consider a bequest to Australian Rotary Health. To obtain a free Australian Rotary Health Bequest Kit simply fill in our online form, or tick the box on the Online Donation Form.

Individuals who make a donation of $5000 or more in one year are recognised as a Companion. Existing Companions can make a further $5000 donation or a Bequest of $5,000 (or more) to become a Gold Companion of Australian Rotary Health.
