Dick White - Australian Rotary Health District Achievement Award
This Award will be presented annually at the Zone Institute during the AGM of Australian Rotary Health. The presentation will be made to the District Governor and Immediate Past District Governor of the nominated District. The award will be a perpetual award which will be retained in the office of Australian Rotary Health and a memento which will be given to the winning District.
The criteria for selection is based on the following however any significant achievement for Australian Rotary Health can apply.
♦ A presentation given at District Conference
♦ A presentation at PETS & District Assembly
♦ An Australian Rotary Health seminar held during the year
♦ An increase in donations given to Australian Rotary Health
♦ An increase in the number of Friends of Australian Rotary Health
♦ A major fund raiser event
♦ A major promotional function
The selection of the winning District will be made by the Executive Committee of Australian Rotary Health – in conjunction with Dick White or his representative.
The inaugural award will be presented at the 2010 Institute.
This award recognises the long service of Past Australian Rotary Health Director PDG Dick White to Australian Rotary Health especially through his tireless efforts as chairman of the Rotary Health Safari and the Great Australian Bike Ride.
